Support with funding applications

Support with the preparation and submission of applications for EU, federal and state funding

A successful grant application requires far more than just a good project idea. Call for proposals must be interpreted precisely, project objectives clearly formulated, and complex formal and substantive requirements met. The ‘Support with Grant Applications’ service guides organisations through the entire process – from the initial project idea to the final submission.

The focus is on the structured development of the application. This includes refining the project concept, defining work packages, developing impact, exploitation and dissemination strategies, and providing support with budget and funding plans. The aim is to align the requirements of the relevant funding call with the applicants’ strategic objectives as effectively as possible.

Another key component is consortium formation. For collaborative projects, we provide active support in identifying and bringing together suitable partners from industry, academia and the innovation sector in order to establish viable and competitive project structures.

In addition, strategic support is provided throughout the entire application process – from structuring the content and optimising the project logic right through to ensuring the application is ready for submission. Existing evaluation criteria are taken into account to ensure applications are specifically tailored to meet standards of excellence, impact and feasibility, whilst avoiding common pitfalls.

The added value for the organisation lies in particular in a significantly increased likelihood of success, a clearly structured application process, efficient application drafting, and the professional positioning of the project within the European and national funding landscape. At the same time, applicants benefit from better guidance within the complex funding environment and a more efficient use of their resources.

The aim is not only to ensure that innovation and digitalisation projects are eligible for funding, but also to strategically align them in such a way that they can have a long-term impact and be successfully implemented.

Who is this service for?

This service is aimed at start-ups, SMEs, technology-oriented companies, research institutions and public organisations wishing to apply for funding – particularly at EU or national level. The service is equally suitable for experienced applicants who wish to conserve their own resources during the application process, strategically optimise their applications and increase their chances of success.
