Matchmaking & Partner-finding for AI Projects

Targeted matching of suitable AI experts, technology providers, research partners and implementation partners for specific AI projects

EDIH-AICS supports companies and organisations in finding suitable partners for specific AI projects, digitalisation initiatives and innovation programmes. Many companies already have a specific challenge or an idea for using artificial intelligence, but need support in finding the right expertise, technologies or implementation partners.

Based on individual requirements, the project context, technical conditions and strategic objectives, the EDIH-AICS identifies suitable partners from its network. These include AI experts, technology providers, start-ups, scale-ups, research institutions and other innovation stakeholders from the regional, national and European spheres.

Matching is needs-based: EDIH-AICS brings companies together with suitable stakeholders in a targeted manner, assists with initial contact and supports the initiation of potential collaborations, pilot projects or joint innovation initiatives.

The service comprises bespoke partner matching on request (‘on demand’), as well as structured matching formats and one-to-one matchmaking between companies and suitable solution providers. One example of this is events such as the CyberLab Innovation Breakfast, where companies are brought together with selected AI start-ups and technology providers. Partners are selected on the basis of specific challenges and use cases.

For companies seeking international collaboration, the EDIH-AICS also provides access to European partner networks, for example via the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). This enables the identification of suitable international partners for research, development, innovation or market development projects.

The aim of the AI matchmaking service is to connect companies quickly and effectively with the right expertise and solutions, to accelerate innovation processes and to support the successful implementation of AI projects.
