AI Use Case Workshops

Structured Identification, Assessment, and Implementation of AI Potential within the Company

The AI Use Case Workshops help companies systematically identify initial opportunities for using artificial intelligence and pinpoint specific areas of application. Together, we examine existing business processes, challenges, and strategic goals to determine in which areas AI can create measurable added value.

In a personalized and tailored workshop with each company, potential AI use cases are developed, compiled, and evaluated based on relevant criteria such as expected benefits, technical feasibility, data availability, effort required, and strategic relevance. Depending on the initial situation, both individual departments and cross-functional processes can be analyzed.

The workshops offer a practical introduction to the strategic exploration of AI and help companies develop concrete, prioritized approaches from initial ideas. By involving AI experts and using practical methods, a solid foundation is established for selecting the most relevant use cases and planning the next steps.

The result is a prioritized use-case map that highlights which AI applications are particularly relevant to the company and which opportunities should be explored in greater depth and implemented in the next step.

Who is this service for?

The service is aimed at specialists, managers, and decision-makers from medium-sized companies, startups, industry, and the public sector who want to implement or prepare for the targeted use of artificial intelligence. This includes, in particular, individuals from the fields of strategy, innovation, digitalization, IT, data, and operations, as well as functional departments with specific process responsibilities.

It is aimed at both companies with initial ideas for AI applications and organizations that already have specific use cases and wish to structure, evaluate, or prioritize them. The workshops are equally suitable for companies seeking to develop an AI implementation strategy as they are for those that want to work out individual use cases in detail or better understand the requirements for transparency, traceability, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., the EU AI Act, GDPR).

No prior technical knowledge is required. Organizations that not only view AI in an exploratory manner but also wish to systematically integrate it into existing business processes and create a sound basis for decision-making will benefit particularly from these workshops.
