At the AI Showroom Insight, Dr Niklas Sievers shows how Charly automates routine enquiries in municipalities and improves citizen services. Unlike conventional telephone assistants, the agentic system works in multiple languages, uses a reliable knowledge base and makes intelligent decisions. Charly fully resolves two thirds of enquiries and forwards the remainder in a targeted, well-prepared manner.
